Each project is unique. Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and revision limits will be outlined in your proposal, invoice, or client agreement before work begins.
Quotes & Pricing
All pricing displayed on this website is subject to change without notice.
Custom quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Any additional work requested outside the original project scope may require a revised quote.
Payments
A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve your project and secure your place in our schedule.
The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule outlined in your invoice or contract. Final design files will be delivered once all outstanding balances have been paid in full.
Late payments may delay project completion.
Revisions
Every package includes a set number of revisions, which will be communicated before the project begins.
Revision requests beyond the included amount or requests that significantly change the original project direction may incur additional fees.
Client Responsibilities
To help projects stay on schedule, clients agree to:
Provide requested content, images, and information in a timely manner.
Ensure they have permission to use any materials they provide.
Review proofs carefully before giving final approval.
Communicate requested changes clearly.
Once final approval has been given, September Morning Studio is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved design.
Project Timelines
Estimated timelines are based on prompt communication and feedback.
Delays in receiving content, approvals, or responses from the client may result in adjustments to the project timeline.
While every effort is made to meet estimated deadlines, completion dates cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
All concepts, sketches, drafts, mockups, and working files remain the property of September Morning Studio until final payment has been received.
Upon full payment, clients receive the rights to use the final approved design as outlined in their project agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, September Morning Studio retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, social media, marketing materials, competitions, and this website.
Fonts, Photography & Licensed Assets
Some projects may include licensed fonts, stock photography, or other third-party assets.
Ownership of these assets remains with their respective copyright holders and is subject to their individual licensing terms. Clients may be responsible for purchasing additional licenses if needed for future use.
Cancellations
If a project is canceled after work has begun, any deposit paid is non-refundable.
Clients are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
September Morning Studio reserves the right to cancel a project if communication has ceased for an extended period or if payment obligations are not met.
Refund Policy
Because all design work is custom-created specifically for each client, refunds are generally not available once work has begun.
If a refund is issued at our discretion, it will only apply to work that has not yet been completed.
Portfolio Rights
We love celebrating the work we create with our clients.
Unless a confidentiality agreement has been established, September Morning Studio may showcase completed projects on our website, social media, marketing materials, and portfolio.
Disclaimer
While we strive to provide accurate information throughout this website, September Morning Studio makes no warranties regarding the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of its content.

Limitation of Liability
